I appreciated the friendly staff and the hotel's convenient location next to a large shopping mall. but my stay was marred by the poor quality of the Wi-Fi and unexpected issues like the lack of natural light in my room. While the breakfast was decent, it could definitely be improved.

However, the lack of natural light in some rooms and inconsistent breakfast quality left much to be desired. Also, the hotel could use some sprucing up in certain areas, like the hallways.

However, the Deluxe Double Room I stayed in felt quite dark and claustrophobic with no natural light, which was a downside.
